In order to "go green", the NYIFT Suppliers' Day Committee has made an Electronic Registration form available on this site. Registration Forms will not be mailed. You may download the Exhibitor Registration Form. Complete it and return it to the NYIFT Office. We do prefer that you complete this form online, once you press submit, you will receive a copy of the completed form immediately by email. You can mail it in with your check or credit card information. If you require a W-9 Form to process payment, please click here to download the completed W-9 Form.
ELECTRICITY: If your company requires electricity, you will need to complete a separate Electrical Order Form from GSEC. Download the Electrical Order Form. Payment Options: Check or Credit Card Check - Please complete this form and remit your check payable to NYIFT, to: NYIFT Suppliers Day, P.O. Box 138, Cresskill, NJ 07626. Credit Card (AmEx is not accepted).
