IMPORTANT DETAILS TO KNOW

Each booth is 10x10 with a Company Sign and Booth Number. Signs may not to be covered by your company sign and may not be taken.
  • Pop-up Booths - Please let us know if you are bringing a pop-up display or if your display is taller than the standard 3' tabletop.
  • Booth assignments are made on a first-come, first-serve basis determined by the receipt of a completed registration form, check or credit card (completed transaction) information. The postmark is very important. Preferred booth placement is given to Corporate Sponsors.
  • If a written cancellation request is received prior to March 16, 2012 reservation fee less $100 handling charge will be refunded. No refunds will be given if cancellation request is received after March 16, 2012.
  • Special Booth Requests must be made by March 16, 2012 with registration.  Some requests may not be possible. We will try! No Guarantees!
  • Booth Llimitation - Two (2) booths are available per company. Brokers with multiple booths for principles must have one (1) representative in each booth. Brokers must send registration forms together for same row placement of principles.


RULES FOR DAY OF THE SHOW 

  • A representative from each company must be monitoring the company booth from 2:00 - 5:30 p.m.
  • Booths must be closed down NO EARLIER THAN 5:30 p.m. Someone will be watching and making note of the companies closing down early. These representatives may be placed in the back of the showroom for the 2013 Show! There will be plenty of time before leaving the Convention Center to attend the reception at The DoubleTree Hotel.
  • Anything left behind will be disposed.
