An Exhibition Floor That Is Very Large and Easy To Walk Through.The very large space and new floor plan that we have at the NJ Convention and Exposition Center will enable you to easily walk around the show and conduct whatever business conversations you require.
No Charge For Admission.You can pick up a wealth of information for no admission fee (we do ask you to sign in and pick up a name tag, so we have an idea as to who attends the show). Pre-registration forms are available for your convenience at www.ift.org/sections/nyift. If ordered, please remember to pick them up when you check in at the lobby of the convention center.
Our Conversation Café.Due to the success of the conversation cafe, we will be creating this special area once agan. It's a nice area for you to have a brief but comfortable conversation with a colleague or customer. You might also have something to drink or have a snack while there. After the show there will be an opportunity at the DoubleTree Hotel, right next door to have a drink and continue your conversation before heading out.

The 2010 R&D Applications Seminar Eastis a 1-½ day classroom style, applications-oriented event. This non-commercial event provides food & beverage formulators with practical, “how to” solutions to specific formulation challenges and to better understand the functionality of a wide range of ingredients.
The Seminar’s extensive educational program will feature over 60 technical sessions to choose from.
The first half day of educational sessions precede NYIFT Suppliers Day Expo on May 5, providing food & beverage formulators with the opportunity to continue conversations. A “Cinco de Mayo” celebration completes the day.May 6 will feature a full day of technical sessions.
